VISHARU ADAVU STEP 1 | 2nd Tha Thai Thai Tha Adavu
I. Leg Movements -
The leg movements of the 3rd step are exactly same as the 2nd step of Tha Thai Thai Thai. So if you haven't checked that out yet, please click here.
I. Hand Gestures (Hasta Mudra)

III. Hand Movements (to be done along with leg movements) - Right side
Place both hands in Katakamukha Gesture in front of your chest- first beat - as you jump to the left side, stretch both hands to the left side diagonally while changing your hand movements from Alapadma to Katakamukha again
- second beat -Keep left hand in Katakamukha while changing right hand to Alapadma in same position
- third beat - As you move to right side, bring right hand a little closer to your chest. (somewhere between end and chest) Also take the left hand a little to the side. (from diagonal, move your hand to keep it straight to your shoulder level)
- fourth beat - Bring Right hand in the middle at chest level while left hand stretched out.
- fifth beat - From middle, take Right hand to the Right side a little bit at a time.
- sixth beat -Keep moving the Right hand to right side
- seventh beat - Stretch Right hand to right side completely in Alapadma
- eight beat - Close the Right hand Alapadma to Katakamukha
